Louise is a board-level Senior Operational Leader with significant experience spearheading initiatives to drive commercial scaling and customer-centric growth in fast-paced technology-focused corporates and start-ups.
Her multifaceted career in C-suite and senior exec positions with Telco leaders, such as Nokia, Virgin and giffgaff, sits alongside her more recent broader industry exposure as a Consultant COO / CCO, strategic advisory and coach via her own business, Dexteritas Ltd.
Driven by her multi-sector, cross-cultural leadership background, Louise helps organisations launch new products into international markets, empowers business-wide operational efficiency and passionately advocates for sustainable cultural change.
With a tight control of financial and operational KPIs, she integrates best-in-class and cutting-edge tools, processes and digital solutions while embedding rigorous programme and corporate governance frameworks across all parts of the business. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Louise has a reputation as a decisive and empathetic big picture thinker and mentor who credibly heads high-impact corporate communications, maintaining a commitment to EDI and continuous improvement goals. She nurtures collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels and is a champion for women in business.
Having gained a BEng (Hons) in Integrated Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, she began her career as an Engineer at Nokia and O2. Louise then moved to programme management positions at O2 and Telefonica Digital before becoming Programme Director at giffgaff, where she achieved 30% revenue growth in her first year.
Her rapid ascendancy through giffgaff saw her promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), where, chosen for her ability to embed a customer-first culture in this entrepreneurial business, she controlled £20M P&L while sustaining efficiency and performance. During her tenure, Louise secured giffgaff’s strongest period of profitable growth since its inception.
Leveraging this success, Louise was then headhunted to join Virgin Mobile UAE / EMEA as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with $35M budget responsibility. In her year in this role, she significantly boosted product, brand, digital performance and customer satisfaction levels to justify continued investment and partnerships and grow a solid and sustainable customer base and revenue.
In 2018, Louise established Dexteritas, a boutique technology consultancy specialising in product delivery and transformation, working with clients of varying sizes and sectors in Consultant COO and CCO-aligned positions.
This includes steering the operational transformation of growth-stage fibre broadband business, AllPoints Fibre Networks, and acting as a performance coach to a CxO at major international drinks manufacturer and distributor, Beavertown, and as Commercial Director for charity sector-focused technology start-up, whatCharity.com. She has also supported Minima, a web3 organisation, to define and deliver their vision, mission, brand strategy and community-based approach and big picture planning.
Louise is also actively building her profile as a coach and mentor, including currently working with a tech start-up business and its founder.
In her spare time, she is a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) volunteer, sailor and boat owner.
